About Capt. Kathy Sheehan

Capt. Kathy Sheehan is a long-time sailor who is a co-owner of a Catalina 36 sailboat in Bellingham, WA. She is a member of the Corinthian Yacht Club in Bellingham. Her  sailing resume spans five decades and two oceans and includes service aboard a tall ship, a Hinckley and  traditional small craft.

Capt. Kathy, a former newspaper reporter, is managing editor of SPIE Professional magazine; publisher of The Sheehan World; and chief photographer for Photo Synergy.
